Each SHA-256 commitment hashes a canonical payload containing the round, slot, entry ID, Torn player ID, five-digit number, and a random 256-bit nonce. The nonce prevents the small number range from being guessed before reveal. A separate manifest hash fingerprints the system commitment and all 100 participant commitments. Historical draw pages recalculate every layer in your browser.
